Your first sign-in to the Merchant Portal

Your invitation email contains a secure link that lets you create your password and set up sign-in verification. The link expires, so open it as soon as it arrives.

Before you start

• Check the invitation was sent to the email address you use for work.
• Have your phone nearby if you use an authenticator app.
• Know which business, accounts or sites you need to see.

Set up your login

1. 1Open the invitation email and select the setup link.
2. 2Create your password and confirm it.
3. 3Register your authenticator app or verification method.
4. 4Sign in with your email address and new password.

Check everything looks right

Open one report you use often, such as your latest payout, and confirm the accounts and sites you expect are listed.
