Start with the question you are trying to answer, then pick the report.
Money sent to my bank
Settlement / Payout Summary. Shows references, payment dates, breakdowns and amounts.
An invoice or a separate charge
Invoice reports. Shows invoice totals and the charge breakdown.
Sales by site or by date
Merchant Transaction Summary. Shows sales, refunds, locations and weekly or daily totals.
For the detail of one card payment or refund, use your payment provider's portal.
